ABOUT

"MY GOAL IS MORE THAN ARTISTIC"
HE IS EMOTIONAL.
DYLAN CLAEZ:
A STORY
I started working in hairdressing at the age of 15.
Very early on, I understood that this profession would be much more than a skill: a vocation.
I trained by obtaining my hairdressing CAP while completing the first year of my BP. Driven by a global vision of beauty, I then joined the Make Up For Ever school in 2019, while simultaneously pursuing several diplomas as an independent candidate.
For over 15 years, I have developed a precise, rigorous, and results-oriented approach:
Eight years as a makeup artist taught me to master volume, light, and color theory. Seven years of experience in hair extensions allowed me to develop my expertise to the point of surprising even in the invisible details.
My career led me to Paris, where I worked on demanding projects, including for TF1 and C8.
I also worked with public figures such as politicians, columnists, artists, and comedians.
In this environment where every detail matters, I developed a high level of standards, a precise technique, and a unique eye focused on beauty.
I then created a private salon in Paris for two years, laying the foundations of a high-end, confidential, and fully tailor-made concept.
After returning to the North of France, I opened my second private salon and structured my activity into a company.
A place designed to offer an exclusive experience, far from traditional standards.
In parallel, I collaborate with brands as a content creator in lifestyle, beauty, and hairdressing, which allows me to stay at the heart of trends and market demands.
D.CLAEZ ACADEMY :
Excellence takes on its full meaning when it is passed on .
Over time, one thing became clear: the market lacks true experts. Many know how to execute. Few know how to transform. My goal is clear: to train professionals capable of standing out, attracting a demanding clientele and offering high-value services.
Professionals who understand that hairdressing is not limited to a technique, but that it touches on image, posture and perception.
That's why I created my academy. I don't train people in techniques. I train them to a certain level of excellence. Through my training programs, I share over 15 years of practical experience, from private salons to television studios.
You will learn to:
Mastering advanced techniques, developing a professional eye, truly understanding a face, creating a tailor-made transformation, positioning yourself in a high-end market. But most importantly, you will learn to think differently.
For me, training means passing on a standard.
One level. One vision.
